| Order Processing | ||
| 1. | Toys featured in Cakes-to-go are subject to availability. | |
| 2. | Please provide all required details in our order form so as to avoid unnecessary delays. | |
| Collection Details | ||
| 3. | KL and Genting:
Penang, Ipoh, Malacca and Joho Bahru: |

| 4. | Collection is from 3pm onwards. | |
| 5. | Customers will be identified only via the Confirmation Receipt. | |
| 6. | Orders not collected after 4 days will be discarded and no refund will be entertained. | |
| Payment Processing | ||
| 7. | Payment can be made via credit cards (VISA / MASTERCARD) or The Coffee Bean Loyalty Card. | |
| 8. | Orders can only be confirmed with full payment approved by the bank of the credit card or sufficient Bean Points or Prepaid Credit from the Coffee Bean card. | |
