Order Processing
     
1. Toys featured in Cakes-to-go are subject to availability.
2.   Please provide all required details in our order form so as to avoid unnecessary delays.
     
Collection Details

KL and Genting:
For orders placed BEFORE 2pm, please collect at your specified outlet 2 days later, excluding the day of order and Saturday. For orders placed AFTER 2pm, please collect at your specified outlet 3 days later, excluding the day of order and Saturday

 

Penang, Ipoh, Malacca and Joho Bahru:
For orders placed BEFORE 2pm, please collect at your specified outlet 3 days later, excluding the day of order and Saturday. For orders placed AFTER 2pm, please collect at your specified outlet 4 days later, excluding the day of order and Saturday,

4.   Collection is from 3pm onwards.
5.   Customers will be identified only via the Confirmation Receipt.
6.   Orders not collected after 4 days will be discarded and no refund will be entertained.
     
     
Payment Processing
     
7. Payment can be made via credit cards (VISA / MASTERCARD) or The Coffee Bean Loyalty Card.
8. Orders can only be confirmed with full payment approved by the bank of the credit card or sufficient Bean Points or Prepaid Credit from the Coffee Bean card.
9. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
