JOB TITLE:

Outlet Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This job contributes to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf success by assisting the District Manager in executing store operations, managing people to create and maintain the best specialty coffee and tea and excellent customer service to our customers, improves sales performance, visual merchandising and any other assigned duties.

MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY:

  • Graduate with Diploma/Degree in F&B with 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Without paper qualification but with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in F&B is welcome as well.
  • A team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.
  • Able to adapt to organizational changes and able to work under pressure.

JOB TITLE:

Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This job contributes to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf success by assisting the Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in managing people to create and maintain the best specialty coffee and tea and best customer service to customers. The Supervisor will oversee the store operations in the absent of the Outlet Manager and Assistant Manager, fulfill any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager, and will represent The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in professional manner.

MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY:

  • Fresh Graduate with Diploma.
  • Without paper qualification but with minimum of 2 years of work experience in F&B is welcome as well.
  • Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.

Assistant Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB TITLE:

Barista/Team Member

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Team Member is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. He or She is also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and teas. The Team Member will fulfil any other duties the Outlet Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor assigns and will represent The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in a professional manner.

MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
  • Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
  • Non-barista experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
