From the Mountains of Veracruz, Mexico

At altitudes of 900 – 1,200m, our Mexico Vista Estrella beans find their home in the family-owned estates of La Estrella, Buena Vista, and Huatusco – in the Mexican state of Veracruz.

The heightened elevation certainly puts the coffee trees closer to the sky to soak in the vistas, but what truly gives the coffee the unique characteristics is the mineral-rich volcanic andosol soil.

At harvest, the coffee cherries – of the Typica and Caturra varietals – are handpicked and undergo the time-honored wet-milling process. The well-controlled method ensures consistent coffee beans that eventually make the journey across the world and into your cup.
